Payment

Payment must accompany all orders, with cheques/postal orders made payable to The Funky Fone Sox company Limited. Prices are inclusive of VAT. We have a minimum order of £6 excluding p & p.

Postage & Packing

All the items are packaged with great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please contact The Funky Fone Sox Company ASAP.

Orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Delivery. Please see below for p & p costs.

For UK orders up to £25 please add £1.00 to your order.
For UK orders of £25 and above please add £2.00 to your order.

Please contact us for information on delivery to non-UK addresses.

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch goods within 3-4 working days of receiving cleared funds. Please inform us if you require your order urgently and we will do our best to get it to you in time. We usually carry stock of all our current designs but will notify you if the item you require is out of stock at the time of ordering.

Returns

The Funky Fone Sox Company hopes you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we will either exchange the goods or issue you with a credit note, less p & p if returned within 7 days. Goods should be returned, as new and in their original packaging and with the original invoice enclosed. Please get proof of postage for your returns as we are not responsible for lost return postage items.

We regret that we unable to offer refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights.
